Your Role:
* Lead and manage complex SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
* Coordinate and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project delivery.
* Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
* Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Your Skills:
* Completed degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a related field, with a focus on project management or IT.
* Several years of experience in managing SAP projects, with expertise in: SAP project methodologies (e.g., ASAP, SAP Activate), Full lifecycle SAP project management Integration with SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD), Budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Strong understanding of SAP architecture and project management tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, MS Project).
* C1 level proficiency in German and fluency in English.
* Enjoy discovering new places; occasional trips to customer sites are required.
