Senior Product Owner (m/f/d)

The role
You’ll take ownership of digital platforms and help shape their long-term direction. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product work, giving you real influence over how digital products evolve and contribute to broader business transformation.
What you’ll be doing
- Define product strategies and a clear vision based on customer needs, market insights, and business goals
- Translate requirements into well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Drive product development from idea to delivery, keeping things practical, focused, and outcome-oriented
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and commercial functions
- Contribute to the development of new digital services and continuously refine existing offerings
- Work closely with stakeholders at different levels, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout
- Navigate challenges and conflicts constructively, helping teams move forward with workable solutions
What you bring
- Around 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a digital environment
- Experience working with and guiding cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, along with exposure to hybrid delivery models
- A business-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and act pragmatically
- Confidence in communicating complex topics clearly to different audiences
- Ability to make decisions and move forward even when information is incomplete
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
