Facilities Manager (m/w/d) Your tasks: Assist the Regional Facilities Manager to develop the vision and strategy of the Client account plans and ensuring the client receives exceptional delivery Implement the strategy to drive the capability to self-deliver services as instructed Understand the local client’s key business drivers, focus the sub teams to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables Ensures the Facilities Management team within their demise are high performing Hire, attract and retain a team of top talented employees; improve team performance through regular coaching and feedback; recommending recognition Accountable for the country service delivery to meet contractual obligations of Jones Lang LaSalle for the Client Account Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client’s organization Implement country business plans which meets the Client’s outsourcing and Jones Lang LaSalle’s objectives for the Client account Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services Serves as a primary sub country point of contact for Jones Lang LaSalle for the Client Account with regards to service delivery and escalation point Assist the Regional Facilities Manager with the development of country property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable. Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets for Poland; revenue, expenses and debtors targets. Responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators, service levels and other measures as contracted Escalation of requirement for change and ensure change control process is adopted and implemented Drive vendors for excellence and cost efficiencies Responsible to the Regional Facilities Manager for management of all Facilities Management resources involved in the delivery of services in their Poland Client locations. Eg. Recruitment, performance assessment etc. Actively manage the professional development of all direct reports Prepare and implement a Succession Plan for their key team members Responsible for the implementation of technology systems to support service delivery, and ensure the required reporting from the systems Implement standard operating procedures and processes Implement and manage all regional initiatives and programs as detailed by the Regional Facilities Manager. Drive client specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking and best practices Source, transfer and implement best practices to their areas of responsibility in line with the Global program Provide reporting, standard operating procedures, systems and HR practices in line with the regional consistent approach Prepare country reporting to the satisfaction of the Regional Facilities Manager Develop, implement and test in accordance with the contract all Business Continuity Plans for the properties within their remit – Ensuring these are aligned with the Client plans Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies Your profile: Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role In country qualifications in Facilities Management / Engineering will be advantageous Experience in handling client and/or Firm sensitivities’ knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks Has demonstrated experience in balancing the interests of the client with those of the Firm Has experience in translating client needs into existing or new business growth Has handled a P&L Understands Technical Processes and impact on delivery services (SOW) Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking Ability to connect technical matters with monetary and business Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively Analytical, proven ability to solve problems using an objective approach Demonstrate an ability to look at long term solutions Project Management & Organizational Skills Demonstrated people management skills – ability to lead teams effectively, train them well and promote open, constructive and collaborative relationships Strong communicator – good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language); also an active listener Our offer Creative freedom for tasks and projects Active exchange in the global industry network Working together at eye level Space for personal growth, not only for work Acknowledgement of achievements - also monetary benefits The opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career locally as well as regionally Help shape JLL We look forward to receiving your application, stating your earliest possible starting date and your salary expectations.
