Role Overview We are seeking experienced Taxi Drivers to support a passenger experience project in Germany. This role is intended for professionals who are accustomed to working with passengers and maintaining a high standard of service. The position involves operating a vehicle on designated routes, frequently with passengers onboard, in order to support structured project activities and service evaluations. A strong focus on safe, responsible driving is essential, as safety and consistency are critical to the success of the project. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services Ensure a high standard of passenger comfort and service quality Follow assigned routes and adhere to project-specific guidelines Communicate effectively in English when required Comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations Requirements EU citizenship Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (travel covered) Good command of English Proven experience in taxi or ride-hailing services (e.g., Uber, Bolt, Lyft) Ability to interact professionally with passengers Strong sense of responsibility and customer service Preferred Qualifications Experience in structured or project-based environments Familiarity with navigation tools and mobile applications Comfortable using touch-screen devices Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.) What We Offer Participation in a structured and well-managed project Competitive compensation Clearly defined routes and responsibilities Professional and supportive working environment We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
