Sales Manager Wind (m/f/d)

Strategic Sales for Onshore & Offshore Wind Solutions

With your expertise in the wind energy market, you will take on a key role in a global company actively driving the energy transition. In this strategic sales position, you will be responsible for market development for onshore and offshore wind farms, managing projects from technical specifications through to the tender phase, and contributing significantly to sustainable growth in Wind Power. Strategic Management of International Wind Customers

In this role, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for developing and managing key accounts in the wind market. You will integrate technical and commercial activities, contribute to pricing and product strategies, and analyse market trends to identify sustainable growth opportunities. Your work brings together business development, technical project management, and international sales within the dynamic renewable energy sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Project management for onshore and offshore wind farms, from market research to the offer phase
2. Acquisition, Development and expansion of international key accounts in the Wind Power Cable Accessories segment
3. Conducting market, competition, and performance analyses
4. Planning and implementation of customer-specific trainings and active sales of NKT Accessories products
5. Developing project strategies for wind farms as well as coordinating technical clarifications with internal departments
6. Customer support at national and international trade fairs and conferences

Travel within the world is part of the role. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing. Work location: to be agreed.

What You Bring

7. A successfully completed degree with a focus on business or engineering
8. Several years of professional experience in a sales position, ideally in technical sales
9. Knowledge in managing and acquiring international key accounts
10. Experience in market and competitive analysis
11. Technical understanding of energy or cable connection technology
12. Extensive project experience as well as strong commercial, technical, and legal understanding, including contract management
13. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
