Economics are sound and AI is the way to go. Also, we will build our own AI solutions platform as we go and use that to generate AIaaS (AI as a Service) solutions that will scale even better :-)

As an AI Technical Project Manager at Raisults, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced AI and full-stack software projects. You will play a key role in interfacing between technical teams and corporate clients, ensuring timely delivery of impactful AI solutions while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
●Lead AI solution design and development projects from inception through deployment.
●Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, software developers, and client stakeholders.
●Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
●Maintain customer relationships and manage expectations through proactive communication and reporting.
●Translate business requirements into technical specifications and action plans.
●Oversee full-stack software development, integration, and testing activities.
●Drive problem-solving efforts to overcome technical and operational challenges.
●Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Raisults’ AI delivery methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
●Proven experience in technical project management, in AI and software consultancy settings.
●Strong proficiency in full-stack software engineering (Frontend, Backend, APIs, Databases).
●Advanced knowledge in AI engineering including ML/DL, Generative AI, and autonomous agents.
●Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and deliver complex tech projects.
●Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
●Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented approach.
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Preferred Qualifications
●Degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related technical field.
●Min. 3 years of work experience in AI engineering or SW engineering
●Familiarity with AI deployment in industries such as manufacturing, finance, logistics, or healthcare.
●Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.
●Understanding of GDPR, AI ethics, and compliance requirements.
