Project Manager (w/m/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
1. Verantwortung für das komplette Projektmanagement unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Meilensteine inkl. Risikomanagement, vorausschauendes Changemanagement, Controlling und Prozessmanagement
2. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Projektvorgaben (qualitativ, zeitlich, budgetär)
3. Projektspezifisches Stakeholdermanagement inkl. der Bestell- und Vertragsverhandlungen, sowie das Claim-Management mit den Vertragspartnern
4. Proaktive Mitarbeit bei Ideenfindung, Machbarkeitsstudien und der Erstellung des Business Case
5. Übernahme der alltäglichen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Project Management Office (PMO) und aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der internen Projektmanagement Strukturen und Abläufe
6. Führung von multifunktionaler, teilweise auch international agierender Projektteams
Ihr Profil:
7. Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik) oder Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
8. Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld wünschenswert
9. Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in der Bahnindustrie von Vorteil
10. PMI Zertifizierung wünschenswert
11. Profunde EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) sowie Konstruktions- und Design Programme (CAD, PFD, oÄ) wünschenswert
12. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
13. Selbstständige, strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
14. Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungs- und Konfliktfähigkeit
15. Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen und zur Teilnahme an Weiterbildungen
16. Reisebereitschaft
