Your role in our team:
* Responsible for parts of the organizations management system
o Organizing the target setting process, scheduling the yearly mastertimeplan
o Facilitating the task management system (ETM) and tracking its deliverables
o Orchestrating the multi-project management and tracking strategic initiatives
o Managing tasks or projects on demand and following up with team members
o Organizing and supporting all relevant management and strategy meetings
o Preparing presentations for the meetings and providing debriefing packages
o Managing the intranet channel and articles for the organization
* Conducting adhoc analysis and reports to support the decision-making
* Acting as a liaison between executive, organization and external partners
* Performing related HR controlling in alignment with HR and Controlling.
* Providing administrative support for the executive with focus on communication, scheduling, documentation and business travels
Your profile:
* Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, or Business Engineering.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, or a related area.
* Good understanding of project management tools and techniques.
* Proven analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
* Enthusiasm for networking and teamwork. Ability to communicate well through various channels.
* Demonstrated intercultural competence. Fluent in English and German, further languages desirable.
* Hands-on mentality, fast problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
* Trustworthy, resilient and confidential in handling sensitive information.
* Proficiency in using latest workplace technologies in use, willingness to adopt to new digital tools
