Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Contribute to the sourcing activity, mage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements (Internal and External)
- Monitor the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to achive through out the contract life cycle a complete application of therms and conditions to ensure suppliers expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost) and manage any potential associated claims from supplies
- Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership and risks
- Part of the Multifunctional and Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases
Your profile:
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics or comparable
- Work experience in purchasing, supplier and contract management and aerospace
- Airbus experience is an advantage
- Confident handling of SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent English and advanced German, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel occasionally
