We - MT Aerospace - are part of the OHB Space and Technology Group. As a leading international aerospace company, we develop, manufacture and test essential components for launcher programs such as Ariane, the U.S. Space Launch System (SLS) as well as commercial launcher systems, the Airbus fleet, spacecrafts, satellites and defense applications. Your Tasks
* Responsibility for development work packages in terms of time, costs and quality
* Coordination of multidisciplinary development teams (> 10 employees)
* Responsibility for and implementation of the development process
* Ensuring constructive cooperation with the programme area and specialist disciplines
* Definition of technical system requirements, system architecture, interface documents and system analyses
* Determination of requirements/performance data for the subsystems and creation of specifications for the subsystems
* Support for acquisition through cost estimates and the preparation of quotations
* Responsibility for configurations and changes in the commercial, technical and scheduling programme area
Your Qualifications
* Successfully completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering or comparable vocational training with professional experience
* Several years of professional experience in project management and/or automotive industry would be an advantage
* Very good MS Office skills
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
* Strong communication skills
* Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
* IPMA Level C certificate desirable
