1. Proactive and forward-looking coordination and management of large projects
2. Project controlling and follow-up management
3. Interface management with the specialist departments
4. Communication with customers and suppliers
5. Support for sales and service
6. Sustainable further development of project staff and promotion of motivation
7. Regular reporting to senior management
8. Scheduling and capacity planning in the projects
9. Maintaining project and personnel data in the ERP and project management system
Requirements
10. Completed university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, project management, mechanical engineering or comparable training
11. Solid professional experience in project management in mechanical engineering
12. Experience with international projects
13. PMI PMP, GPM Level C/B certification or comparable desirable
14. Business fluent in English
15. High degree of leadership, organizational skills and openness to change
