What awaits you:
1. You take responsibility for the development and optimization of service solutions for transformers and substations
2. You manage the international service portfolio with a focus on developing and implementing AI-based solutions and drone inspections
3. You integrate intelligent technologies for predictive maintenance, fault detection, and efficiency improvement
4. You conduct market, competitor, and internal demand analyses in the field of service solutions
5. You initiate and lead projects for the implementation of analytics tools based on machine learning
What you bring to the table:
6. You have a degree in engineering and ideally have an additional qualification in business administration or similar qualification
7. You have professional experience in asset management within the energy sector
8. You bring solid expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning for data analysis, ideally with a background in robotics or drone technology
9. You are proficient in data modeling and can efficiently structure and analyze complex datasets
10. You have very good communications skills in English and German and are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
