As an Advertising Account Manager (Agency) in Berlin you are responsible for on-boarding, setting the strategy and managing all new enterprise advertisers coming through Big6 media agencies. At this critical time, your goal is to ensure best in class customer service with an aim to maintain and grow the partnership with a strategic and commercial attitude.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

1. Fluent, Native/Bilingual or at least professional German level skills are a must have for this role
2. 3+ years experience – client & agency facing in the digital media space
3. Experience in Performance Marketing a plus
4. Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
5. Exceptional communication skills
6. Strong critical thinking skills
7. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
8. Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team against challenges quarterly revenue targets

How you’ll make an impact:

As an Advertising Account Manager (Agency), you’ll bring value by:

9. Understand Taboola’s platform capabilities and the value proposition for each advertiser.
10. Build rapport, provide outstanding service and grow relationships with new agency partners.
11. Hands-on mentality when it comes to campaigns set ups, reportings, invoicing topics with agency partners
12. Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to best ensure advertiser success and retention.
13. Work closely and results driven with the Taboola Ad Ops team
14. Clearly understand client objectives to intelligently identify opportunities and effectively upsell.
15. Monitor and analyze metrics to proactively optimize and improve results.
16. Help agency partners meet goals and scale on our platform, while strengthening customer trust and confidence in Taboola.
17. Help identify and develop best practices by vertical, KPI, etc.
18. Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross functional teams.
