Job Summary Our location in Eschweiler is growing; therefore, we are seeking enthusiastic support in the HR department. As a Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will support the existing HR team with your flexible and inquisitive nature and learn from experienced HR Business Partners and a broadly set-up HR team. In this role, you will work in the team for a large and complex production site with over 1,100 employees and within a globally organized network. After successfully completing your studies, you will have the opportunity to learn about all HR processes and gain experience in this entry-level position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the HR Business Partners at the Eschweiler site in daily operational business (focus on production) Accompany reorganization measures, transfers, contract extensions, conversions, promotions, and employee departures Conduct discussions within the framework of occupational reintegration management Accompany personnel-related disciplinary measures Ensure and manage all operational HR topics and HR processes Support special tasks and projects Work closely with the entire HR team at the German sites Education Successfully completed Bachelor's or Masteru2019s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar field Work Experience Initial experience through internships in human resources is advantageous Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency with MS Office Very good command of English, both spoken and written Excellent organizational skills and hands-on mentality High sense of responsibility and flexibility Quick comprehension and reliability West embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
