commercial support for foundry/thermal (glass/copper and aluminum)
customers in Germany and abroadIdentification of potential new
customers as well as their acquisition and supportEstablishment and
maintenance of customer relationships incl. further development and
CRM documentationPreparation and execution of trials with new and
existing customersConducting presentations in-house and at customer
sitesDefinition and development of customer-specific products and
suitable formulationsTechnical and commercial benchmarking against
competitive productsDetermination of customer needs and execution
of utility value analysesPreparation of technical-commercial
concepts, offers including price and condition negotiations with
