Job Role
* Maintain, enhance and administer client accounts across various platforms.
* Ensure consistency and quality throughout all processes.
* Verify credentials, block/unblock accounts and facilitate transactions.
* Handle credit card applications, cancellations, blocking/unblocking, settlements and resolve provider-related issues.
* Guarantee accurate customer data for business and regulatory reporting purposes.
* Develop and update procedures related to departmental operations.
