Are you a graduate with EU citizenship aged 18 to 28 and want to gain work experience in Germany?
E – International career at ALTEN Germany (alten-germany.coordinate various stakeholders necessary for the production activity (from suppliers to customers)
are responsible for production scheduling and planning, ensuring components are delivered on time and meet aerospace quality requirements
monitor and analyze production KPIs (on-time delivery, quality metrics, non-conformities, efficiency) and define improvement plans
support quality initiatives such as audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities (Lean/6 sigma, process optimization)
E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
have completed a mechanical, industrial, or aerospace engineering degree with a focus on production or quality techniques
have initial experience in production planning, manufacturing engineering, or quality assurance, ideally in the aerospace industry
have practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and are comfortable analyzing production data
speak fluent English and German; Severely disabled persons will be given preferential consideration if they are equally qualified.
