The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transportation capacity utilization. In addition, planning results can be combined with transportation processing and accounting for integrated transportation management.
Here, product management focuses on the continuous identification and conception of functional and technical enhancements of the different software modules.
What your new challenge will look like
As a Senior Product Owner (d/f/m) your responsibilities include:
1. Act as an interfacebetween external partners and internal stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Key Account Management, Product Management or Software Development) to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
2. Engage closely with customersto understand their business intelligence (BI) and reporting requirements, evaluating their needs and wishes.
3. Collaborate with external partnersto design and specify software features that meet customer requirements, ensuring a smooth rollout of new functionalities.
4. Develop an in-depth understandingof the 4flow software BI landscape, including tools like Tableau and Snowflake, and related logistics processes.
5. Share knowledge and best practiceswith other Product Owners across different development teams.
6. Participate in cross-divisional meetingsto align on strategic goals, roadmaps, and conceptual frameworks that drive our development efforts.
7. Manage budgets and expenditureseffectively, analyzing variances, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency aligned with organizational objectives.
8. Provide professional managementand guidance to external partners and internal colleagues.

9. You have at least 4 years of experienceas a Product Owner or (Technical) Product Manager and a degree ininformatics, mathematics, or a related MINT field.
10. Proficiency inEnglish, withGermanas a plus.
11. Strong knowledge indata analytics, data science, and data literacy.
12. Experience withTableau.
13. Solid understanding ofproduct managementprinciples.
14. Demonstratedfinancial acumen and the ability to engage instrategic thinking.
15. Very good communcation skills, an agile mindset and a strong sense of ownership and responsibilities.
16. Supply Chain/ Logistics knowledge is a plus.
