Your role:
* Independently manage CSRD disclosures and EU taxonomy reporting project.
* Track completion of disclosures and prepare management report (monthly and quarterly reports).
* Prepare audits and manage auditors' requests independently.
* Monitor standards and legislations with implications for sustainability disclosure and provide top-management with regular updates on changes.
* Support in processes for ESG data collection and further development of indicators.
* Collaborate with various divisions to achieve sustainability goals and implement the sustainability roadmap.
Your profile:
* Masters degree in life sciences, process engineering for sustainability or in sustainability/resources management.
* Project management experience in multinational large organizations.
* 2 years of management consultancy experience and interacting with auditing organizations.
* Knowledge of CSRD, EU-taxonomy regulation and common standards and norms of the ESG area as well as project management methodologies.
* Business software expertise including SaaS applications, implementing BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps and Action Flows.
* Analytical and communication skills with high degree of responsibility, commitment, and attention to details.
* Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build cross-functional relationships.
* Self-driven, motivated, organized and team player.
* Pasionate and Enthusiasm for sustainability aspects.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English and German with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.
