Tasks Sales Leadership : Take charge of all sales activities within the DACH region, from market analysis to developing new strategies that drive growth. Customer Engagement : Identify and develop relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process to close successful deals. Project Coordination : Work closely with current customers to coordinate bids, clarify project details, and negotiate terms and schedules. Brand Representation : Be Nuventura’s ambassador at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, while supporting our marketing initiatives. CRM Management : Keep customer data and sales progress up-to-date in the CRM system to optimize your workflow and ensure smooth communication. Project Handover : Once a project is won, prepare detailed handover documents to ensure seamless execution by the internal teams. Profile Experience : At least 5 years in a technical sales role, ideally in electrical engineering or switchgear, or products aimed at the same customer segments. Sales Expertise : Comfortable navigating the entire sales cycle—starting with cold outreach and building lasting customer relationships. Self-Driven : Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales goals with minimal supervision. Languages : Fluent in German (both spoken and written).
