About the job : We are looking for an IT Back Office Transformation Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation journey, implementing best-in-class solutions across Manufacturing to Inventory, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). You will be responsible for orchestrating the transition from legacy systems to a new suite of solutions including SAP S/4HANA, PLM, Collaboration Applications, and Quality Assurance systems, ensuring seamless adoption across all business units. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing solutions, processes, and data across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product, and sales departments. Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan covering SAP S/4HANA, PLM, collaborative tools, and QA solutions. Assemble and lead a cross-functional project committee. Work collaboratively with consultants, IT, and technical teams. Oversee seamless implementation, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality benchmarks, and best practices. Coordinate system integrations with IT teams. Manage change management strategies to drive acceptance and adoption of new systems. Prepare and deliver clear project status reports and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven track record with 7 years leading complex transformation projects. Strong expertise with ERP systems (SAP) and familiarity with PLM and QA solutions. Background in manufacturing processes, procurement, quality management, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product development, and sales operations. Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English (written and verbal). Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset. Analytical thinker with strong vision and persuasiveness to align cross-functional teams.
