As Commercial Sales Manager (f/m/d), you take financial ownership for our strategic key customers during the Sales phase. Acting as a trusted finance business partner to the GBS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization, you combine strong commercial expertise with a Sales-driven mindset and help drive the growth of our customer relationships through tailored offers, business cases, and contractual frameworks. You’ll make an impact by Driving commercial pre-Sales activities by creating tailored business cases and offer calculations, preparing financial risk analysis and presenting results to the GBS CEO and CFO Designing and implementing innovative costing and pricing models for GBS services by applying creative thinking and a customer-first mindset Taking ownership of financial alignment internally with GBS Business Lines, regions and key customers, including leading customer negotiations and acting as the Finance representative Defining and reviewing commercial terms and conditions for offers and contracts in collaboration with the CRM Contracts & Processes (C&P) team and Legal Supporting budget planning and identifying white spots and growth opportunities together with Global Account Managers (GAMs) and GBS Business Lines This is how you'll win us over Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field Experience & Skills: You have many years of financial experience in Sales / commercial project management (as Commercial Bid Manager / Commercial Project Manager) You are experienced in financial deal shaping as well as contractual topics and risk assessment during offer preparation Strong command of financial modelling, scenario analysis and KPI-driven decision-making using Microsoft Office and advanced analytical tools Deep understanding of commercial processes and sales governance, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and multiplier across the global GBS Finance network You provide guidance regarding global offer preparation and work as a multiplier in the global GBS Finance organization A PM@Siemens Commercial Project Manager certification is a plus Ways of working: You’re structured, proactive, and focused on solutions and results You like to work detail oriented and thrive for highest quality for your financial results You have excellent presentation skills and present ideas clearly and convincingly to customers or top management You are a good team player and enjoy working on enhancing the financial part of the GBS Sales process Languages: Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and structured manner.
