IT Product Manager* - Radar and flight plan data processing
Your tasks
* Responsible for and ensuring the life cycle management of our data processing systems at pilot workstations, including the integration of new cloud technologies
* Managing system development and developing innovative technical solutions in interdisciplinary teams
* Creating product roadmaps and analyzing problem reports and change requests
* Creating concepts for implementing technical changes in the environment of cloud technologies and classic system architecture and representing these concepts in higher-level and interdisciplinary committees
* Representing the division and products in technical and interdisciplinary committees, contributing technical expertise to help shape new and further developments
* Acting as a contact person for advising other departments on complex technical issues relating to the products for which they are responsible
* Responsible for quality, configuration and document management, including the coordination of all activities for the maintenance, administration and further development of the products as well as the creation of the associated documentation
What sets you apart
* Completed diploma or master's degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g. mathematics, computer science, mechanical engineering or another STEM subject)
* In-depth knowledge in the field of modern information and communication technology, particularly with a focus on cloud technologies
* First professional experience in product or project management
* Expertise in the field of quality and configuration management
* User knowledge of Linux systems and networks, as well as confident handling of MS Office
* Fluency in written and spoken German and English and a high degree of responsibility and the ability to work in a team
