We are looking for a fluent German speaker with expertise in the local market to onboard promising companies, including those with unicorn potential. Your role will center on strengthening adoption, maintaining long-term relationships, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Your Day-to-Day
As a trusted account manager, youll lead clients through onboarding and deliver effective PPC strategies. Youll also take ownership of sales-related tasks, including:
* Reaching out to new prospects via outbound calls to present Google Ads.
* Understanding customer goals and tailoring advertising solutions.
* Launching and optimizing campaigns for immediate and lasting results.
* Growing ad investments and driving upsells.
* Keeping client information up-to-date in the CRM.
* Managing a large number of customer calls daily.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree required; Masters in Marketing or Communications a plus.
* C2 fluency in German and English.
* 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client-facing environments.
* Track record of working independently and consistently meeting targets.
* Experience in relationship management and CRM system improvement.
* Skilled at leveraging AI tools for personalization and efficiency.
* Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
