Role Summary
Is the next step in your career at SMBC Group EMEA? We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for our HR Department in Frankfurt to join our team.
* This role requires a high degree of interaction with senior managers up to Executive Committee level, local/EMEA HR colleagues as well as employee representatives, developing excellent relationships across SMBC Bank EU AG as well as the wider EMEA SMBC Group.
* Contributing/leading projects in a structured manner to drive organizational change.
* Excellent track record of Human Resources Management, developed in a knowledge-based industry and in a complex ever-changing environment
* Demonstrable ambition and clear desire to contribute to both personal and Bank’s growth & development.
* High technology affinity and data-driven mindset – experience in working with SuccessFactors/Service Now (or equivalent tools) would be a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills, combined with positive “can-do” attitude and a teamplayer approach
Business Area
A trusted advisor to senior management teams across the entire range of HR employee lifecycle products as well as a key contributor to HR initiatives in an international, fast growing organization.
Position Description
* To partner with the business to develop and drive an annual People Plan for customer groups also considering strategic workforce and capability planning (.e.g ECB Onboarding, IPU)
* To drive the delivery of HR employee lifecycle products across customer groups (e.g. compensation cycle, performance management cycle, talent reviews, succession planning)
* To drive line manager uptake of HR technology (launch of Success Factors and Employee Central, manager self-service)
* To partner with the business to drive the outputs of the Culture and Employee Engagement surveys across customer groups as well as the Wellbeing/DEI agenda across customer groups
* To manage local implementation of (EMEA/global) HR strategy/initiatives in close collaboration with HR experts in the relevant field also considering potential co-determination rights and (joint) works council involvement
