* Project Leadership: Manage small to large diverse and interdisciplinary project teams, providing strong technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
* Engineering Excellence: Lead and conduct engineering analyses, studies, and calculations on concept level.
* Innovate: Initiate and drive innovation with a focus on reducing cost of energy for wind turbine generators.

YOUR PROFILE
* Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent.
* Industry Experience: Industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems and wind turbine technology is preferable.
* Technical Expertise: Knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology are a benefit.
* Collaborative Spirit: High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams.
* Integration and Communication: Excellent communication and integration skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish.
* Proactive and Decisive: Hands-on mentality with a strong decision-making personality.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in common engineering IT tools, MS Office, and MS Project.
