Our organization is seeking a skilled ESG Program Manager to support our growing sustainability efforts. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and program management expertise that enable our ESG and climate initiatives to thrive.

Key responsibilities include guiding ESG reporting processes in line with ESRS and other standards, advising on data quality practices, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent and accurate reporting. Your work will empower the Head of ESG and the Head of Climate & Circular Economy to drive impactful programs across the organization globally.

Key Responsibilities:
1. You will develop and continuously improve ESG programs that align with corporate sustainability goals.
2. You will partner with internal stakeholders to define, refine, and standardize ESG indicators and KPIs.
3. You will coordinate cross-functional ESG and climate-related projects, including managing stakeholder working groups.
4. You will present ESG program results and key insights to upper management, effectively communicating ESG performance and strategic implications.
5. You will manage the end-to-end collection, validation, and strategic analysis of ESG and climate-related data across the entire value chain.
6. You will support the coordination of the annual ESG reporting cycle, including coordinating deliverables, engaging stakeholders, and aligning with disclosure frameworks.
7. You will act as a trusted advisor, consulting internal teams on sustainability reporting, regulations, and best practices.

Position Requirements
">
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong program management, organizational, and communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field is required. At least 3 years of experience in climate change or ESG program development is necessary, as well as 3 years of professional experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.

* Fluency in English is required.
* Solid experience with CSRD, ESRS, GRI, and other sustainability reporting frameworks is essential. Knowledge of Wdesk reporting platform is an asset.
* Proven lateral leadership skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across functions are crucial.
