Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager Commercial Sector to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, building partnerships, and coaching your team to success.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
2. Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
3. Utilize your strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings.
4. Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling.
5. Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
Job Requirements
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English are required.
7. Strong relationship building and collaboration abilities.
8. Deep knowledge of storage technologies and market trends is desirable.
9. Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
10. Minimum 8 years of sales experience and 3 years of people management experience with direct reports required.
11. Proven experience in Public Sector / Public Experience environments.
12. Strong understanding of the NetApp partner ecosystem and key distributors, including established relationships and hands-on collaboration experience.
