YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategic Territory Leadership: Define and implement regional priorities to ensure all revenue, margin, and portfolio growth objectives are met
* Business Growth & Expansion: Drive account renewals, expansion
(upselling/cross-selling), and new business acquisition by leading a high-performing team of Account Managers
* Solution Strategy: Collaborate closely with Pre-sales and Offer teams to design and define winning solution strategies
* P&L Management: Take full ownership of your sales department’s Profit & Loss (P&L) and manage your team of collaborators
* Operational Excellence: Lead weekly regional monitoring committees and ensure the absolute accuracy of CRM data
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a functional manager for regional sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery closely to the Customer Services Department
* Strategic Reporting: Provide weekly visibility to the Managing Director regarding regional performance and internal/external communication needs
* Process Integrity: Ensure the strict application of the StorTrec opportunity management process
YOUR PROFILE
* Outstanding analytical, adaptive, and negotiation competence
* Expertise in complex sales processes and professional reporting
* A proven record of managerial leadership and strong interpersonal capability
* An established network within the IT industry (considered an advantage)
* Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally for sales activities
* Business-fluent German and English skills
* A naturally positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges
* Strict rigor in execution, operational control, and team management
