KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Products Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) Strategy PMO, you will drive and coordinate strategic projects for the global transformer business. You will act as the right hand to the VP Procurement for Transformers, ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives, supporting decision-making, and enabling best-in-class project management standards across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior partners worldwide.How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Lead and coordinate the portfolio of strategic projects for the transformer business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
5. Support the VP Procurement for Transformers in steering and monitoring critical initiatives, preparing executive presentations, and driving decision-making processes
6. Develop strategies for the complete Transformers Procurement organization; implement and continuously improve PMO standards, tools, and reporting for major projects
7. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Clusters, engineering, manufacturing, and other partners
8. Analyze project risks, track achievements, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
9. Prepare and present cases, project updates, and recommendations to senior management; inspire change management and promote a culture of continuous improvement
What You Bring
10. Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
11. Longterm professional experience in consulting and project management, with a proven track record as a project leader in a top-tier consulting company (, McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
12. Strong PMO skills, including project portfolio management, reporting, and executive communication
13. Experience working in an international, matrixed environment
14. Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
15. Fluent in English, German, and Chinese; willingness to travel 20%
