Talent Partners are currently recruiting for a HRBP role for a global MedTech client company. In the role the HR Business Partner DACH will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labour regulations while balancing workforce needs and global business priorities. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement to manage competing demands and HR key processes pragmatically and constructively.Key Responsibilities :Proactive advice and support for management and executives in all personnel-related and labour law issuesSupport the implementation of organisational development activities and the according workforce planProactively manage people practices and related business needs in the applicable portfolioEnsuring the relevant processes in the employee lifecycle from an HR perspective as recruitment, onboarding, talent & succession management, offboarding, etc. as well as key initiatives as Org, Talent and Merit Planning, performance management / goals, Employee Engagement Surveys and associated Action PlanningEstablish solid and trustful business partnership with managers and stakeholders in the area of responseEstablish a trustful relationship with the works councils, successfully balancing global and local requirements in negotiations of agreementsEnsure local compliance requirements to be met including labour laws, codetermination and processesSupport the Regional HR Director in the further development of the regional HR operating model, post merger activities such as harmonization of people practicesParticipate and take carriage of people initiatives and projects as may be required from time to timePartner within the International HR team and global HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) on C&B, talent development etc. and building the interface to the managersThis role requires travel readiness mainly within the DACH RegionQualifications :Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, and experience in a HRBP role partnering with employees and management. Preference would be someone who has been working within a global matrix organisationEmployee Relations Experience and solid knowledge of German labour lawExperience negotiating with the works council is mandatoryStrong business acumen, analytical skills and curiosityAbility to translate business needs into relevant HR actionsMedical Device experience of advantageAble to comfortably move between more strategic issues and day-to-day HR operations in different business areasExperience in direct recruitment and talent sourcingTalent Planning & DevelopmentExcellent English, French would be advantageousTravel Requirements :This role requires regular travel within the DACH region as well as some international travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
