What you will do
* Manage a structured sales approach to designated accounts together with the Area Sales Director
* Implement a commercial sales strategy
* Handle operative sales and after-sales
* Provide technical support for different end-use applications
* Handle pricing and profitability control
* Conduct analysis and sales planning
* Participate in the creation, implementation and follow-up of business and customer plans
Who you are
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as wood science and technology, marketing, business administration, or an equivalent professional qualification
* You have at least 3 years of experience in the plywood business and/or constructions and wood products distribution business
* You are experienced in B2B sales work
* You can build strong relationships with customers, and you have excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
* You have a proven track record in sales
* You have a broad commercial understanding and sales process knowledge
* You are self-motivated and self-disciplined
* You have good language skills in German and English
