Your Job
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategies that enable a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.
* Act as a trusted HR advisor, coach, and change partner, influencing leaders to strengthen people leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
* Lead employee relations matters with sound judgement and a strong working knowledge of German Labor Law.
* Translate business and operational needs into practical, executable HR solutions, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
* Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and retention through targeted initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
* Support and enable performance management, leadership development, and career progression to promotion continuous learning and development.
* Partners with leaders to identify, develop and retain critical talent, ensuring long-term organizational capability.
* Leverage workforce data and metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities, using insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with HR COEs and regional HR teams to implement global HR programs locally while meeting site-specific requirements.
* Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
* Other duties as assigned by manager.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and works council engagement.
* Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
* High degree of emotional intelligence, integrity, and personal accountability.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong data analytics capability with the ability to translate insights into action.
* Demonstrated change management and project management experience.
* Strategic mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.
* Ability to influence without authority and collaborate cross-functionally.
* Fluency in German and English (C1).
