Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Department and Sales Managers
Manage and maintain accurate pricing, rates, and conditions across all systems, properties, markets, and sales channels, identifying and correcting any related errors in data, availability, or contracts.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation, and internal files
Provide accurate sales data, reports, and information to internal stakeholders
Assist customers and sales partners with pricing, booking-related questions, and basic inquiries
contribute to improving back-office processes
2 years of experience in sales support, back-office, commercial operations, or similar roles
~ Experience handling pricing, data entry, or customer support is an advantage
~ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
~ Fluent in English
~
