Purpose:
Development of the design of references.
To participate in the creation of new and the modification of existing references by ensuring the development of labels (text & design) within the agreed lead times, respecting customer demands and legal constraints
Responsibilities:
* Label text development
* Compose for internal handling for all new references and for change in existing references the label text for new references in co-operation with the Category Manager, Customer Technical and in line with legal conditions, languages and deadlines.
* For external handling, co-ordinate the composing of label texts in co-operation with the translation .
* Responsible for constant updating of the text database .
* Label Design Development .
* Verify, until correct, the texts and legal aspects on the label (cf. Procedure label text s ).
* Approve th e final version in terms of digital material and out print.
Administrative tasks:
* Ensure the follow up of massive label modification projects (CLP etc.) .
* Set up the administrative file for new projects .
* Create order numbers in SAP .
* Set up and maintain the filing process of all correspondence regarding each project in order to find /follow easily every step in the development .
* Administrative follow up (digital and non-digital) of all finished files in order to find in an efficient and fast manner the necessary information.

Technical Competencies & Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
* French is a “nice to have”
* Good user knowledge of Word, Excel
Salary: 3500€ gross/month, lunch vouchers
