For our client, a leading European high-tech company in the aerospace industry, we are immediately seeking a structured and analytical Production Planner (m/f/d). Located in the greater Heilbronn area, the company develops and tests highly complex propulsion systems and components for the aerospace industry. In this role, you will act as the central driving force behind production, elevating processes to the next level through targeted lean management. This position is open to both experienced planners and motivated recent graduates (m/f/d) from the aerospace sector!

Your tasks
8. Scheduling & Production Planning: Managing production schedules and short- and medium-term integrated planning of milestones, taking into account resources, customer requirements and upstream/downstream areas.
9. Structuring & Control: Planning of drive systems and individual components across three levels (management, project and operational levels).
10. Controlling & Reporting: Conducting target/actual comparisons, determining workforce requirements, checking release and deployment dates, and preparing and tracking KPIs.
11. Meeting management: Independently conducting planning meetings, including the creation of precise planning protocols.
12. Lean Management & CIP: Identification of efficiency potentials, implementation of Lean Management principles to reduce waste, and continuous development of planning tools and processes.
Your profile
13. Qualification: Completed studies (at least Bachelor's degree) in the fields of aerospace, mechanical engineering, supply chain / logistics, production engineering or a comparable qualification.
14. Experience: Entry-level candidates from the aerospace industry are very welcome! Alternatively, you should have at least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing, production planning, or project management.
15. IT & system skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and SAP R/3. Knowledge of Primavera, Planisware, Jira and Confluence is a significant plus.
16. Soft skills: A high degree of responsibility, technical understanding, business acumen, and assertiveness. You impress with your independent work style and ability to integrate into a team.
17. Languages: Fluent German and proficient English skills for the international project environment.
