The Job We are seeking an Senior HR Business Partner with the open ambition to further develop and grow within their career. Reporting into the HR Director DACH, you will act as a strategic partner for our leadership team across four key office locations (Idstein, Saarbrücken [Germany], Austria & Switzerland), supporting the achievement of our goals through innovative HR strategies. You will serve as an advisor and coach for managers and employees whilst actively contributing to fostering a positive, productive work atmosphere. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, driving HR initiatives and empowering teams to achieve their full potential. Additionally, you will need to excel in navigating a dynamic business landscape, showing resilience and adaptability while effectively managing change for yourself, your team, and the business. Furthermore, this position offers the opportunity to lead, design and re-shape local HR initiatives and processes, ensuring they align with the needs of the organization and contribute to its success.
