Maintaining and troubleshooting production-related IT systems (MES, SCADA, ERP interfaces) as well as monitoring and optimizing network connectivity on the production lines
Supporting and maintaining hardware such as industrial PCs, HMIs, barcode scanners, and IoT devices
Assisting in the rollout of new automation technologies and digital tools as well as ensuring cybersecurity compliance for shopfloor systems
Integrating engineering tools with production systems for data exchange and reporting as well as providing technical support for CAD/CAM, simulation and data analysis tools used by process engineers
Managing licenses and updates for specialized software
Several years of professional experience in IT support within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Siemens NX, AutoCAD, MATLAB)
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing
PowerShell, Python)
