Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing project packages within a large-scale IT program environment focused on digital collaboration and communication solutions. The role ensures structured delivery, governance compliance, and alignment with project objectives across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the coordination, planning, and execution of defined project packages within a complex IT program
* Maintain and manage project structures using tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and Jira
* Perform project controlling with respect to timelines, milestones, requirements, deliverables, and budget
* Identify and manage dependencies, risks, changes, and configurations throughout the project lifecycle
* Conduct stakeholder management and resolve conflicts of interests and objectives
* Support governance activities including reporting, communication, and participation in steering committees
* Perform administrative project management tasks such as meeting coordination, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and quality assurance
* Prepare templates, guidelines, and structured documentation for project execution
* Support subproject and overall project leadership with additional tasks and special topics
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable field
* or equivalent professional experience in IT environments
* At least 5 years of professional experience in project management within medium-sized and complex IT projects
* Strong experience in structured project governance, controlling, and reporting
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools:

* Experience with project documentation, reporting, and project controlling processes
