Key systems are Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Campaign Manager, Veeva Engage, Veeva Events. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, design solutions, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with both business objectives and technical demands. Oversee contracts and manage service delivery processes. Guide, make decisions, approve, and manage the implementation of value-driven changes on platforms in collaboration with vendor teams. Establish and share the vision, objectives, and global roadmap for the digital capabilities under your responsibility, ensuring they align with the customer engagement platform strategy, business goals, and overall user experience. Facilitate organizational change management by delivering clear communication, providing tool training support, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
