Closing date: 04/03/2026 | Number of positions: 1 | Recruiter name: Siva Krishna Bonda | Reference number: 68035 | Location: Dubai MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB The Digital Health Product Manager drives the definition, development, launch, and optimization of digital health products within the Innovation & Digital Health portfolio, aligning product strategy with Mediclinic Middle East's digital health roadmap. This role combines market insight, design thinking, agile execution, and data-driven optimization to deliver scalable digital health solutions that enhance patient outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and support revenue growth. The Digital Health Product Manager effectively translates strategic objectives into impactful solutions through close collaboration with clinical, business, and technical stakeholders. Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered an advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap aligned with corporate goals and market trends Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead cross-functional squads through design, development, and launch, ensuring compliance and cybersecurity-by-design Data-Driven Insight & AI Integration: Integrate analytics and AI capabilities for feature prioritisation, KPI monitoring, and product optimisation Go-to-Market Execution & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage product launches, drive adoption among clinicians and patients, and maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders REQUIRED EDUCATION Master's degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Product Management, or equivalent. Or a postgraduate degree in business or health administration and Project Management Certificate (PMP) is preferred. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 5+ years in product management of digital or healthcare technology products with 8+ years total professional experience. Experience in digital health product management (e.g., patient apps/portals, telemedicine, chronic disease programs, RPM, patient engagement journeys), and go-to-market execution. AI-enabled features is a plus.
