Headquartered in Europe with a global footprint, they’re expanding their People team and hiring an HR Business Partner in Berlin.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to step into a broad, business-facing role and help shape the company’s culture and people strategy during a high-growth phase.
What we’re looking for:
~1+ year experience in a HR role
~ Proactive, people-first mindset and strong communication skills
~ Fluent in German
What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with managers and team leads on people-related matters including performance, development, and engagement
Supporting employee relations, HR policies, and compliance
Driving culture, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives
Collaborating with global HR colleagues on projects and scaling best practices
