Minimum requirements:
* Degree or vocational training in HR administration & management
* At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or 5 years as an HRBP, preferably in a matrix environment
* Knowledge of German labor and social law
* Experience working with Works Council
* Fluent in German and English
