JOB PURPOSE As a Senior Project Manager at DEPT®, you’ll own the orchestration of complex, creative, and production-heavy projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment across all stakeholders, and bring structure to fast-paced timelines – without losing sight of creativity and quality. You will manage and deliver complex growth-related projects independently, ensuring that they are completed within the specified time frame and budget. You will lead the project team, mentor junior colleagues, and maintain direct communication with clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead large-scale brand and creative projects across multiple touchpoints – from strategy and creative ideation to production and delivery. Independently manage high-volume production campaigns across digital, social, video, and more. Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders – internally (strategy, creation, media, client service) and externally (production houses, freelancers, post-production teams). Translate creative vision into executable timelines, scopes, and deliverables. Ensure projects run on time, within scope, and on budget – balancing speed with quality. Mentor and support junior and mid-level PMs and help grow team capability. Maintain proactive client relationships and champion project clarity at every stage. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 4-7 years of agency experience as a Project Manager, ideally in creative or media environments Strong understanding of cross-media production workflows, including digital, video, and social. Experience managing complex creative outputs and interfacing with production vendors and creative teams. Fluent in German and English Full command of project management methodologies and techniques. Knowledge and experience working across brand and creative projects Ability to manage complex projects independently. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide others.
