Job Description
Your crew during this flight:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our Avionics and Flight Control project teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the teams to deliver their results in time, cost, and quality using their technical knowledge, while maintaining real-time transparency regarding the critical path in the project.
Your mission during this flight:
1. Lead a complex technical topic in a transversal team.
2. rovide all relevant information and drive the teams to deliver their results in time, cost, and quality using their technical knowledge.
3. Ensure synchronization of specific plans with relevant interface partners, program management, and planners from other departments.
4. Track risks, tasks, and open issues, develop mitigation actions and assist by removing blockers.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing methodologies and proposing innovative solutions to optimize project timelines and performance.
6. Provide transparency for budget status.
7. Creating the work breakdown, capacity planning and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
Check in your professional skills:
8. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
9. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
10. Strong experience in aircraft development programs including development processes ( ARP 4754) from pre-development over development, production towards entry into service
11. Experience working in cross-functional teams.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Experience with project management tools (, Jira, MS Project).
14. Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks based on changing business needs.
15. Excellent English skills in written and speaking.
16. Strong communication & negotiation skills.
