Job Opportunity: Industrial Engineer
We are seeking an experienced industrial engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out process analyses, administering planning time structures in a central database, visualizing optimal production processes, and developing process standardization.
* Carry out process analyses using lean methods, specifically value stream analysis.
* Administer planning time structures for worldwide production plants in a central SAP integrated database.
* Visualize optimal production processes via standardized work documents.
* Further develop process standardization and implement international training for various employee roles.
* Support product development and product/machine start-ups for optimal design of products and work systems.
Requirements
* Completed studies in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
* Experience with lean methods, especially value stream analysis.
* Process knowledge in production, logistics, and work preparation is an advantage.
* Experience in applying and certifying time management methods.
* Very good written and spoken English skills.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP R/3.
* Intercultural competence to work in international networks.
* Distinguishing process and methodical thinking with a goal-oriented approach.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Willingsness to travel internationally.
