About This Opportunity: The Quality Manager will lead the development and execution of quality strategy across operations. In this high-impact leadership role, you will manage a team of seven and shape the quality culture by embedding robust systems, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Report directly to senior leadership on the effectiveness of quality systems. Lead and develop a high-performing quality team. Oversee audits, certifications, and internal quality initiatives. Manage customer complaint and corrective action processes. Drive documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business. Ideal Candidate: 8–10 years of experience in Quality Management, ideally in industrial or manufacturing settings. Certified Quality Auditor with strong knowledge of quality tools and systems. Strategic, proactive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in both German and English.
