Your tasks
7. Coordination of all OSS activities with the aim of implementing OSS agreements on-time and on-quality
8. Coordination of multifunctional teams at the locations and in the back office, including ensuring the teams' ability to act
9. External customer interface to customer SCQM and local programs, incl. technical support for commercial discussions
10. Internal customer interface to support the programs and representation of contractual KPIs for monitoring and continuous improvement of OSS services
11. Control of supplier management and in-situ activities at the sites
12. Supporting process improvements and process management in the Onsite Service area
13. Monitoring of NC management
14. Further development of the partnership with customers
Your profile
15. Completed studies in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or another technical course of study, alternatively qualification as an industrial mechanic, logistics specialist, mechanic or a commercial or technical apprenticeship
16. Professional experience in the areas of manufacturing/production, customer service, quality management, supply chain and technical documentation
17. Experience in the manufacturing environment of aircraft components is an advantage
18. Business fluent in English and proficient in German, knowledge of French is an advantage
19. Commitment, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
20. Willingness to travel
21. Working time model: 35 hours/week
