Team mission
As a Content Innovation Project Manager youll lead efforts to enhance how travelers discover our offerings. Youll develop innovative category structures and optimize content ensuring seamless user navigation. Collaborating with merchandising product teams and other stakeholders youll drive content projects that improve user experience and elevate our marketplace. The Merchandising and Category Content Innovation teams mission is to enable travelers to easily explore our destinations and categories by providing an intuitive and inspiring discovery experience. Our team curates organizes and presents our inventory throughout the customer journey seeding and scaling innovative solutions.
You will:
* Propose a comprehensive category taxonomy that supports efficient and accurate categorization of our offerings ensuring users can easily find what they are looking for.
* Support catalog optimization efforts through detailed audits and diagnostics.
* Prepare AB experiment testing and roll out improvements for exle in AIassisted content creation.
* Analyze data to evaluate product and process performance uncover opportunities and leverage insights to create buyin and influence teams roadmaps.
* Implement endtoend innovative content solutions to seed and scale new approaches.
* Lead proactive projects that drive innovation and category improvements.
* Identify and propose solutions for content opportunities through UX walkthroughs and design thinking.
* Work closely with other teams to leverage synergies for improved user experience and integrate content strategies ensuring consistency and excellence in .
Who you are
* 34 years of professional experience in content work in an ecommerce business (hospitality or travel industry is a plus). Relevant experience could be in Project Management or Business/Product Analysis.
* Proven experience in content strategy taxonomy development and catalog optimization for complex inventories
* Techsavvy with AI experience to revolutionize online businesses by leveraging existing tools and collaborating on new solutions
* Datadriven approach to problemsolving and analysis; managing accountability for deliverables. Knowledge of data visualization concepts using business intelligence reporting tools (Looker ideally) is a plus.
* Customer focus being able to empathize with our customers and see our marketplace through their eyes (both suppliers and travelers).
* You have the ability to lead projects end to end and build relationships with different stakeholders and you can communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
