Project Manager
Managing and coordinating IT projects and sub-projects of medium to high complexity, while supporting PMO activities in dynamic project environments. Responsible for planning, execution, controlling, stakeholder coordination, reporting, risk and change management, and administrative project support using both classical and agile project management approaches.
Coordinate, plan, and execute projects and sub-projects.
Perform PMO activities such as risk management, workshop preparation and moderation, and database maintenance.
Maintain and manage project data in tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and Jira.
Manage dependencies, changes, configurations, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Handle stakeholder management and support the resolution of target and interest conflicts.
Support governance activities, communication, and reporting.
Carry out administrative tasks including meeting coordination, quality assurance, onboarding/offboarding support, and list maintenance.
Prepare templates, standards, and supporting documentation.
Contribute to special topics and project-specific support activities.
German language proficiency at C1 level according to CEFR.
Good working knowledge of common project tools including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, and Atlassian Jira.
Knowledge of general project management methods and agile approaches, ideally supported by a recognized project management certification and agile training or certification.
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in managing IT projects of medium complexity or sub-projects of higher complexity.
Practical experience in applying common project management methods and working in agile project environments, including at least 2 years in agile projects.
Strong communication, teamwork, and conflict management skills.
Partial remote work possible, with an average home office ratio of approximately 40%.
